From the Restaurant at Home sandwich menu:
(Trust us; this works)
Grated cheese (Cheddar is fine but the stronger the flavour, the better)
Spread the peanut butter on one slice of buttered bread and the mango chutney on another.
Pile the cheese on and grind some black pepper over the top. Put the slice of bread which is without cheese on top of the one with the cheese on and we have a sandwich. White, brown or granary bread; toasted or as is.
